Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

When you use the chat, we send your query to our backend to generate an answer. We may log queries for quality monitoring but do not sell or share them with third parties.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details — Stripe handles that entirely. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

How we use your data

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (password resets, receipts)
• To improve answer quality

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us — we'll remove everything within 30 days.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI answer generation (queries are sent to Claude API)
• Resend — transactional email
